I believe every body and team is unique and I strive to work with each client to customize their nutrition and fitness plans based on their individual needs. No "cookie-cutter" plans here!

Education is Vital
I believe in educating each individual client and team. I understand that not everyone shares my love of nutrition and fitness; however, educating my clients is vital in empowering them to carry on with the healthy lifestyle habits we establish together.
Understanding the Research
Nutrition and fitness research is ever-evolving, which is why it is vital for me, as a health professional, to understand the new findings and recommendations. I believe in using evidence-based practice and professionalism to support my clients in reaching their goals!
Real and Delicious Food
I believe everyone deserves to eat good food - not just good for you food; delicious food! I do not believe in good or bad foods. As a dietitian, I believe that all foods fit and that my clients should include all foods that are delicious to them.
I do not believe in diets. We all have a diet (what we eat on a daily basis), but I do not believe in starting or maintaining a strict, restrictive diet. Research has shown that diets simply do not work and my number one goal is to help my clients maintain a healthy lifestyle for years to come.
Starting where You Are
I believe everyone starts their nutrition and fitness journey at a different place. I may challenge my clients to step out of their comfort zone, but will never push them past their limits or start them off with too much. Each client's plan is customized and periodized to start exactly where they are in their fitness or nutrition journey.
